Here’s every event that will be live in Monopoly GO today, August 06, 2026: tournaments, milestone events, flash events, and Daily Quick Wins, updated daily so you always know where to point your dice. Check back every morning for the latest schedule.
🏆 Tournaments
Tournaments in Monopoly Go! are competitive events that typically run for a day. You collect cash & special points by landing on the railroad tile and either shutting down other tycoons’ landmarks or heisting their banks; the points you collect will be added to your stack, and you will climb a leaderboard against similarly matched players for milestones and ranking rewards.
Rewards scale with your final rank, so these reward-focused, front-loaded dice spending rather than a slow trickle.
⚡ Special Events
Special events in Monopoly Go! (often called Flash Events) are short, time-boxed bonus windows that boost one specific in-game action while they’re active.
Unlike Tournaments and milestone events, which run for days and involve competing on a leaderboard or landing on specific tiles to collect tokens for rewards, Special Events are much shorter, often as brief as 5 to 60 minutes, and there’s nothing to compete for.
The reward is simply doing the boosted action while the clock is running.
How they work
Each Special Event targets one mechanic and multiplies or discounts it for the duration:
Rent Frenzy: boosts the rent you collect from friends landing on your properties.
High Roller: temporarily raises your minimum dice roll value, so the same number of rolls covers more board distance and triggers more tile events.
Builder’s Bash: discounts the cash cost of Landmark upgrades by a set percentage (typically 50%).

Flash Events✅ Quick Wins
Quick Wins is a short, recurring checklist of small in-game tasks that reset daily, with an additional weekly challenge layered on top that resets every Monday.
Unlike Tournaments or Special Events, there’s no competition and no ticking countdown pressure; Quick Wins are simply a habit-based reward system that rewards consistency over intensity.
How they work
Each day, you’re given a short list of easy, achievable tasks, things like:
- Land on a specific tile type
- Roll the dice a certain number of times
- Collect a sticker
- Upgrade a Landmark
