1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of monopolygodaily.com (the “Site”), operated by MonopolyGoDaily (“we,” “us”). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update Terms; continued use after posting means acceptance.

2. About Our Site

MonopolyGoDaily is an independent fan site for Monopoly GO! We curate official free dice links, event info, and strategy guides. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Scopely, Inc., Hasbro, or their affiliates. We do not operate the Monopoly GO! game, servers, or accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have our written permission.
• Not attempt to hack, scrape at abusive rates, DDoS, or bypass Cloudflare/phishing protections.
• Not copy, republish, or redistribute our original guides/tools without attribution and link to source.
• Not use our brand, logos, or content to imply affiliation or endorsement.
• Not post spam, malware, or unlawful content via our forms/Discord.

We may restrict or block access if you violate these rules.

4. Free Dice Links & Game Information

• Source: Links are official URLs publicly shared by Scopely on their social channels. We verify by opening them but do not control issuance, validity, or expiry.
• Expiry & limits: Most links expire in 24–72 hours and work once per game account. We timestamp each link and note expiry estimates — actual expiry is set by Scopely.
• No hacks/guarantees: We do not offer, endorse, or link to generators, mods, or account-selling. Tips are for playing within Scopely's Terms.
• Use at your own risk: Claiming is between you and Scopely's app. We are not liable if a link fails or your game account has issues.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our content: Guides, calculators, designs, and code on the Site are our original work (or licensed, e.g., Unsplash images with attribution where required) and protected by copyright. You may share excerpts with credit and a link to the source page, but not republish full guides or scrape at scale.
• Third-party marks: MONOPOLY, MONOPOLY GO! and related marks are trademarks of their owners. Use is nominative fair use to identify the game we cover.
• Your feedback: If you send ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them without compensation.

6. Products, Payments & Refunds

Digital products

• eBooks, trackers, and access passes are delivered digitally by email/download after successful payment.
• One purchase = one user license. Do not resell, share, or publicly post paid files.

Payments

• Processed by Stripe. Prices shown in USD unless noted. Taxes may apply at checkout.
• We may change prices prospectively; your locked price at checkout is honored.

Refunds

• 14-day guarantee: Email [email protected] with your order email within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
• After 14 days, or if you violate license (e.g., sharing files publicly), refund requests are case-by-case.
• Coaching sessions: reschedule with 24h notice; refunds if cancelled 24h+ before start.

7. Advertising & Third-Party Links

The Site displays ads (Google AdSense after approval) and may link to third-party sites (Scopely, Discord, socials). Ads are clearly labeled “Advertisement.” We are not responsible for third-party content, ads, or privacy practices. See Privacy Policy for cookie/ad details and opt-outs.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and content are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not warrant that dice links will always work, events will not change, or guides will guarantee game success. Event schedules and rewards change at Scopely's discretion — check the official Monopoly GO! app for authoritative info. See full Disclaimer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MonopolyGoDaily, its owners, and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits/data, arising from your use of the Site, dice links, or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or USD $20 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits — they apply only where permitted.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict rules. Any dispute will be resolved first by good-faith emails to [email protected] for 30 days before further action. Courts in Lagos, Nigeria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer law in your country gives you mandatory local rights.

12. Termination & Changes

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or if we discontinue the Site. We may modify these Terms by posting updates and changing the date. Review periodically.

Severability & Entire Agreement

If any term is unenforceable, the rest remains. These Terms plus Privacy and Disclaimer are the entire agreement for the Site.
